You’re invited to a live, co-created group experience supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and heart coherence through hypnosis and Sophia Light Language.

This session is guided by Alex Heintz, a Certified Hypnotherapist, and Angela Bolton, who serves as a conduit and channel for the Sophia field of the Divine Feminine, allowing Light Language to move through as a frequency-based transmission for clearing, regulation, and heart-centered remembrance.

Opening & Orientation
We’ll begin by grounding the group and explaining the process, including a brief introduction to the Language of Light—not as something to decode or interpret, but as a frequency that communicates directly with the subconscious and nervous system.

Guided Hypnosis
Alex Heintz, Certified Hypnotherapist, will guide the group into a relaxed theta state, supporting safety, receptivity, and deep nervous system settling.

Sophia Light Language Transmission & Heart Activation
Angela will then channel and act as a conduit for Sophia—the Divine Feminine intelligence of wisdom and remembrance—offering a Light Language transmission focused on nervous system release, energetic clearing, and heart coherence.

There is nothing to analyze or “do.” Simply receive.

Integration & Aftercare
Alex will gently guide everyone back into their body, supporting grounding, integration, and reconnection with the present moment, followed by aftercare guidance.
